South Korea Seoul Myeongdong Street Food Chestnut

Chestnut"

Rubbing a hot chestnut between the palms is able to warm your stiff palms in cold winter.

Peel the chestnut shell and put the fragrant chestnut into your mouth to nibble. Chestnut is Chinese traditional delicacy. I was never expected that I could have eaten chestnuts while traveling in South Korea.

Chestnut is nutritious. It's rich in starch, folic acid, dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B complex and mineral such as iron, zinc, calcium, potassium, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus.
