Chuan Peng Heang tambun biscuit is my first choice. There is a Chuan Peng Heang outlet opposite Bukit Jambul Shopping Mall. After shopping at Bukit Jambul Shopping Mall, I will proceed to Chuan Peng Heang Pastry Shop to buy tambun biscuit.
During my in-service course in Penang, I had drop by Kek Lok Si several times.
Visitors had to walk up the stone steps to Kek Lok Si in the past. Now, you can drive up to Kek Lok Si car park.
Kek Lok Si is built at the top of a hill. Getting up to Kek Lok Si on foot is a good idea because it will make you healthy.

Teluk Intan Health Clinic was completed in 2010. Not sure whether the service provided is equivalent to the magnificent buildings.
We met these two friendly youngsters fishing by Perak River. They are enjoying fishing at the jetty during their leisure time. We chatted with them on the information of Teluk Intan.
I had been staying in Penang for 14 weeks before retirement.
At that time, I was involving in an in-service course at SEAMEO RECSAM in Penang.
Located at Jalan Gelugor (Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah), SEAMEO RECSAM happened to be opposite the Shell Petrol Station.
During the course period, I always went around Penang on weekends. I was unable to capture the uniqueness of Penang because I didn't have a digital camera.
As my son was studying at USM, I had to travel between Penang and Malacca. After graduating from USM, he furthered his study at University of the West of England in Bristol United Kingdom.
We stayed in Malaysia Hotel when we were attending our son's convocation at USM. Located along Penang Road, the location and the room rate of Malaysia Hotel are not problems but the parking space is too limited.
While walking along Penang Road, we were surprised to see this traditional cinema.
Traditional cinema has gradually phase out, Odeon seems to be an interesting exemption. Not certain this Odeon still operating in Penang nowadays.
We were getting around Teluk Intan after check-in Anson Hotel.
Leaning Tower is the prominent landmark of Teluk Intan in Perak.
In case you are around in Teluk Intan, remember to snap some photos of the Leaning Tower.
It was Merdeka Day and Hari Raya Aidilfitri holiday during our visit to Teluk Intan. There were tons of tourists flocking to Leaning Tower on that day.
After check-in Lipis Plaza Hotel, we walked around Kuala Lipis old town.
This is the main street of Kuala Lipis. The photo was captured before the nightfall.
Kuala Lipis is an inland small town. The night of Kuala Lipis is so tranquil and beautiful.
London Hotel is located at Main Street Kuala Lipis. As shown in the above photo, London Hotel is a mini hotel.
Besides London Hotel, there is another hotel at Main Street Kuala Lipis. The hotel is Tong Kok Hotel. Tong Kok Hotel also provides food and beverage for customers.
