Shan shui doufu is Sungai Lembing renowned local food.
After getting down from Sungai Lembing Panorama Hill, we dropped in Sungai Lembing food court to take breakfast. The food court is located opposite Country View Inn.
Our breakfast was the shan shui doufu. Shan shui means the water of mountain stream and doufu is bean curd. The water of mountain stream is one of the material for making the shan shui doufu.
The doufu is just same as a beautiful lady. It must be taken while it's fresh. If you admire someone, you must let her know or you will regret for life.
