South Korea is famous for ginseng. Ginseng extract is one of the ginseng pruducts. If you are travelling in South Korea with a tourist guide then the guide sure will bring you to a gingseng center. Based on the brochures of few South Korea tourist agencies ( M.Club Travel, Cosmojin Travel Service, Grace Travel and Mercury Travel. ) that I have, visiting ginseng center is included in their tour schedule. I think the reason is probably that South Korea Goverment demands the tourist agencies to do so as to promote the popularity of ginseng.
