A Trip To Kuala Lumpur On March 28

Kuala Lumpur Shangri-La Hotel
My wife and I had been to Kuala Lumpur on March 28. It was coincident that MCA was having re-election of leadership on the same day. I am not a member of MCA so my visit to Kuala Lumpur had nothing to do with MCA re-polling. In fact, we went to Kuala Lumpur to attend our son's convocation ceremony in Shangri-La Hotel.

Actually, the graduation ceremony had been held last year. The venue was in Bristol at The University of the West of England. Due to my financial problem, I was unable to buy airline ticket to fly to United Kingdom.

Luckily, The University of the West of England conducted an unprecedented ceremony in Kuala Lumpur Shangri-La Hotel. Otherwise, we would not have the opportunity to attend our son's graduation ceremony.

Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang
We have been dwelling for decades in the countryside and unaccustomed to city life. We were really amazed with the bustling streets and the reinforced concrete forest in Kuala Lumpur.

Kuala Lumpur Berjaya Times Square
Before returning home, we dropped in the nearby Low Yat Plaza and the Times Square. The Low Yat Plaza was flocked with shoppers. We had to proceed to the Times Square. The stuffs in the Times Square are too expensive to us, we just window shopping and enjoy the coolness of the air-conditioning in the Times Square.
