President of PAS, Abdul Hadi Awang delivered his keynote speech to more than 1000 delegates during the 57th Muktamar of PAS in Gombak.
Abdul Hadi Awang highlighted "Developing A Welfare Nation" in his hour-long speech instead of Islamic Nation, clearly revealed that the change was in conjunction with the strategy of Pakatan Rakyat. In order to take over Putra Jaya, PAS has to alter its political measure in the coming 13th general election.
