South Korean not only celebrates Lunar New Year, many South Korean foods are also similar to Chinese foods. My previous articles were about South Korean ma-ci and mi-fang. Now, I would like to introduce South Korean cereal snacks.

Barley

The process of making cereal snacks is almost same as making mi-fang. Among mi-fang, ma-ci and cereal snacks, I prefer crispy mi-fang to ma-ci and cereal snacks. The cereal snacks are too sweet and not crispy.
