There is a Halloween show room in Seoul 63 Wax Museum. This is one of the Halloween lanterns display in the Halloween show room.
It shows that Koreans also celebrate Halloween. To my knowledge, Halloween has turned into widely celebrated festival in South Korea. Shopping malls will sell stuffs related to Halloween celebration during this festive season. Hang out spots in Seoul will be in Halloween festive mood during Halloween eve.
